Second Run TV: Smallville

Smallville: Season 6, Episode 6 "Fallout" (C)

While I still have some issues with this show, I am understandably impressed with the direction it seems to be taking this season. It is a bumpy and uneven ride, but the Oliver Queen focus of the past few episodes seems like a great track, and the hunt for the escaped Phantom Zone-ers, while somewhat predictable (Raya dies), could be good for the future Man of Steel. If the rest of the season stays away from episodes like "Sneeze" and strives more towards the idea of superheroes (which I have heard rumors about, regarding the Justice League of America or some clever JLA abbreviation), it could work its way back up to the level of quality at which it premiered.
