I am pulling the long overdue John C. McGinley and replacing him with Dillon, who I anticipate being really liked. And I am also taking out Justin Kirk, who I feel just will not be recognized, and putting in underdog Jack McBrayer, aka Kenneth the page, from "30 Rock". Alternates are now Justin Kirk, Jon Cryer, and John C. McGinley. Rounding out my predicted top 10: Neil Patrick Harris and Tony Plana (Ugly Betty).
