NCIS: Season 4, Episode 19 "Grace Period" (B+)
A decidedly solid episode in the midst of an up-and-down season with generally unexciting mysteries and cases. Continually proving its worth based on the excellent development of its characters, this episode focuses on one of NCIS's recurring guest stars, Jessica Steen as Agent Paula Cassidy, and my favorite character, Tony DiNozzo. The show shifts effortlessly between comedy and drama, and it is nice to see it return to the stature it had in its first season.
