What I'm Watching: Scrubs

Scrubs: Season 6, Episode 17 "Their Story" (B+)

Transferring over narrating duties to supporting characters (in this case Jordan, Ted, and Todd) is not as hilarious as one might expect, but does make for a good episode with a nice exploration of the characters who are there almost solely for comic relief, and one which allows them to take the spotlight for a change. We see the human side of Jordan, the Ted who secretly helps the nurses get a raise, and the Todd who sticks up for and protects his friend. All in all, a nice new spin on the unusual "Scrubs" craziness which allows the dramatic side of the comic relief to show through.
