What I'm Watching: Lost

Lost: Season 3, Episode 18 "D.O.C." (B+)

REMEMBER: THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS SPOILERS ABOUT THIS EPISODE.

Craziness! Great suspense and surprises throughout followed by a ridiculously insane cliffhanger ending which will lead to hundreds of new questions but oh wow what a thrilling reveal! Sun did conceive on the island, so she will die, which is sad, but just as she feels, it preserves the sanctimony of her marriage. And Juliet talks into a tape recorder with an ambiguous but suggestive line of dialogue which indicates that Kate is pregnant (she already has "samples" from Claire and Sun, and is waiting to get "Austen's"). And that finale - there is so much to say. Another ambiguous but remarkably enticing conversation implies that authorities found Oceanic Flight 815, and everyone was dead. Hurley is the perfect character to hear that revelation. To say the least, I am ridiculously excited for next week.
