The Office: Season 3, Episode 24 "The Job" (A-)
What a great way for this fantastic show to sign off its third season. The little-seen Creed gets a hilarious subplot involving his blog, Ryan takes a new job and promptly ends his relationship with Kelly, and Michael withdraws his name from consideration after being turned down for the job. Jim and Pam's relationship heads in a new direction, as does Jim and Karen's. The best line of the night comes from Dwight, searching for a second-in-command: "My first choice would be Jack Bauer. Of course he's unavailable, fictional, and totally overqualified."
Season grade: A-
