Emmy Race Update: Jenna Fischer
A quick and joyous update that Jenna Fischer has switched her episode from the underwhelming "Grief Counseling" to her fantastic and highly buzzed-about performance in the season finale, "The Job". Her chances are now greatly improved and she should be applauded for her smart submission switch.
