This past year’s Emmy winner, “Veep,” hasn’t ever been nominated in this category at the Golden Globes. This could be the year, but the competition is stiff, with a handful of strong contenders plus all five nominees from last year competing again. I think “Girls” will fall off, but the rest will return. I’d expect a surprise or two here.
