My predictions: 3/6, picking only “Modern Family,” “Orange is the New Black,” and “Veep”
Who’s missing: Silicon Valley, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine
This category always seems to have a big surprise, and Key and Peele is most definitely that. I’m very happy to see Transparent recognized, joining returning nominees The Big Bang Theory and Modern Family, which SAG continues to laud, and Veep and Orange is the New Black, which most awards bodies still seem keen on. This is an interesting if imperfect list.
Who could win? I’ll vote for Veep this time.
