The competition: The Crown, Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, This Is Us, Westworld
For your information: Gone are the four new nominees from last year joining two-time Emmy winner “Game of Thrones,” which earns its four nomination this year, and in their place are four totally new shows. “The Crown,” “Game of Thrones,” and “Stranger Things” each have one actor nominated, and “This Is Us” and “Westworld” each have two. Though Amazon has won two top comedy trophies, if either “The Crown” or “Stranger Things” wins here, it will be the first series Globe for Netflix.
Who should win? I don’t watch “The Crown” or “Stranger Things.” I’m behind “Westworld” fully here.
Who will win? There’s so much momentum for all these shows this year, but I’ll still go with Westworld as the frontrunner.
