Sheila is doing a pretty good job of standing up for herself, terrifying Jerry enough to ensure his compliance in getting her out of the many potlucks that she knows will be a trigger for her. Danny is still selectively clueless, noticing Sheila’s bloodshot eye but otherwise not having much of a sense of what’s going on with her. He did do surprisingly well on-air opposite John Breem, thanks in no small part to Sheila knowing exactly what he needed, but he was crushed by the attack ad that he later ran against him. Now Sheila suddenly has two video projects she needs Tyler to do, and he may actually have the work ethic for it despite his stoner vibe. Finding Ernie’s head-shaving porn on the tape she stole may be the perfect solution to the disaster Greta is currently facing at home, and if anyone will be able to figure out how to present blackmail in a congenial way, it’s Sheila. I’m intrigued by Bunny’s backstory and the way in which she’s gone to great lengths to conceal who she really is and live a new life in America. She’s been an enigma from the start, and the fact that she’s opening herself up to Sheila’s ideas should allow us to see more of her and get to know her better. As if food wasn’t already enough of a trigger on this show, that meal with Ernie and Greta and the Lazy Susan was incredibly dizzying, and she couldn’t have gotten out of there any faster.
