The nominees: I May Destroy You, Mare of Easttown, The Queen’s Gambit, All-New Halloween Spooktacular (WandaVision), Filmed Before a Live Studio Audience (WandaVision), Previously On (WandaVision)
It turns out submitting eight episodes worked out for WandaVision since it managed three separate bids here, for its first, sixth, and eighth installments. I May Destroy You is considered one project here unlike in directing, while Mare of Easttown and The Queen’s Gambit are also represented in full, leaving only one Best Limited Series nominee, “The Underground Railroad,” in the cold.
What should win? I need to watch all of “I May Destroy You” but for now I’d pick “The Queen’s Gambit.”
What will win? I feel like this one goes to the WandaVision pilot.
