Emmy Nominees: Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or TV Movie

My predictions: 2/7

I actually did slightly better than last year, when I only got 1/6, but this was also a huge swell of enthusiasm for two shows that scored all but one slot. I have to go back and finish watching the work of Michael Stuhlbarg (Dopesick), Peter Sarsgaard (Dopesick), and Will Poulter (Dopesick) to properly access it. Seth Rogen (Pam and Tommy) was fun in a show that performed much better than expected, though I’m not sure he needed to be here. And I’m thrilled for Murray Bartlett (The White Lotus), Steve Zahn (The White Lotus), and Jake Lacy (The White Lotus) - I had the chance to interview them all and they were terrific. Now, if only some men from the entirely-snubbed “The Offer” or the great Shea Whigham from “Gaslit” had also made the cut.

Who should win? I need to watch more, but I’d choose Bartlett from this bunch.
Who will win? Based on what I’ve seen, Bartlett.
