Seven slots, two shows? That’s pretty crazy. I had the pleasure of interviewing Kaitlyn Dever (Dopesick) but need to finish her show to take notice of Mare Winningham (Dopesick). I am pretty thrilled to see so many women from a show I loved, and I actually got to speak to four out of five of them! Jennifer Coolidge (The White Lotus) was a lock, Connie Britton (The White Lotus) was probable, and Alexandra Daddario (The White Lotus) was possible, but I didn’t see Natasha Rothwell (The White Lotus) or a double nominee this year, Sydney Sweeney (The White Lotus), coming. I would have been thrilled to see Daisy Edgar-Jones or Juno Temple here, but from what I’ve seen, this is a good if series-limited list.
Who should win? From what I’ve seen, I think I’d choose Coolidge.
Who will win? Cancelling each other out isn’t a thing when there are only two shows, so I think Coolidge wins unless Dever beats her.
