My predictions: 3/5
I was right about four pilots being included here, I just picked the wrong fourth show. “The Walking Dead” did not show terribly well, picking up a grand total of three technical nominations, while The Borgias earned one of its six nods here. The premiere installments of Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones and The Killing all made it in, while “Mad Men” was left out for the first time ever in favor of a second episode of Boardwalk Empire, “Anastasia.”
What should win? “Anastasia”
What will win? “Pilot” (Boardwalk Empire)
