My predictions: 2/5
I suppose the nominees in this categories aren’t all that surprising. We have the series finale of Friday Night Lights, “Always,” which makes sense given how “Battlestar Galactica” was nominated in this category for a few years running. Game of Thrones didn’t submit its pilot, but the one episode it did, “Baelor,” earned a nomination. The pilot of The Killing is here, and, as expected, “The Suitcase” episode of Mad Men, along with one other installment of AMC’s hit, the game-changing “Blowing Smoke.”
What should win? “Blowing Smoke”
What will win? “The Suitcase,” maybe?
