My predictions: 6/6
I’m thrilled to announce that I predicted my first category entirely correctly, as four of last year’s nominees, Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights), Michael C. Hall (Dexter), Jon Hamm (Mad Men), and Hugh Laurie (House) return, joined by newbie Steve Buscemi and much-deserving first-time nominee Timothy Olyphant (Justified). I’m particularly thrilled about Olyphant’s inclusion, especially since it’s not often that FX series get recognized into their run rather than at the very beginning (look for even more exciting surprises in the supporting categories!!). All in all, this is one fine list.
Who should win? Hall, Hamm, or Olyphant, if I had my pick.
Who will win? Buscemi should be way ahead, so watch out for him to win.
